Mr. Clifford saw first-hand how fragmented healthcare access had become — hours lost finding a hospital, booking a doctor, then chasing lab results and prescriptions across town. He founded Pharmacompare to close those gaps, building one trusted platform that connects patients, doctors, laboratories, and pharmacies from symptom to solution.

Mr. Joseph leads Maxwell Technologies, the company that engineered the Pharmacompare app. He oversees the development team day to day, making sure the founding vision was carried through into every screen, workflow, and line of code that shipped in the final product.

Every decision — from which partner to onboard to how a screen is laid out — gets weighed against one question: does this make it easier for someone to get care? If the answer isn't yes, it doesn't ship.

Trust By Default

Every doctor, pharmacy, and lab is verified before they can accept a booking. We'd rather onboard fewer partners than compromise on trust.

A Small Team, On Purpose

We're intentionally lean — it keeps everyone close to the people actually using the app, and means feedback from a real patient or partner can reach the product in days, not quarters.

Care Within Reach

Good care shouldn't depend on where you live or how much time you have. We design for the person with a busy day and a basic phone, not just the power user.
