Yes. Until a pharmacy confirms your order and starts preparing it, you can cancel from the Orders screen at no charge. Once preparation has started, contact support from inside the app and we'll help sort out the best option.
Yes, as long as the first pharmacy hasn't confirmed yet. Cancel the pending order and re-order from another pharmacy — your prescription stays in your account, so there's nothing to re-enter.
You can move a booking from your Appointments screen. Doctors and labs are notified straight away, and any prescription or lab request linked to the booking carries over to the new time.
